Now on to today's character interview.
:::
Carol: Hi, Ryan. You're a U.S. Marshal. Is that correct?
Ryan: Yes, ma'am.
Carol: How long have you been a Marshal?
Ryan: I'm not at liberty to say.
Carol: Do you like your job?
Ryan: Yes, ma'am.
Carol: Does it often take you away from your family?
Ryan: I'm assigned to an office, but I travel.
Carol: A lot?
Ryan: When needed.
Carol: How long have you known Summer Newcombe?
Ryan: We met through a mutual acquaintance.
Carol: That doesn't answer my question.
Ryan: Shrugs.
Carol: Is Ryan your first or last name?
Ryan: You know I can't answer that question.
Carol: Is Ryan even your name?
Ryan: Silence.
Carol: Are you going to answer?
Ryan: No, ma'am.
Carol: I see nothing's changed with you.

See why characters can be so frustrating sometimes?
Today I'm visiting with Rebecca J. Clark at Once Written, Twice Shy. She wants to know if I'm shy. What do you think?
Ryan is going to be here to answer your comments. I'm going to keep watch on him, though. If he gets too OCD about this closed-mouth thing, I'll be back.
Got that, Ryan? You need to make friends here. These are good people.
Ryan! Take off the body armor. Now!

LOL! Yes, Ryan, take off that body armor! ;)
Maybe the next book could be about Ryan...if he'd cooperate.
At least he's polite.
And you are not shy!
There's a man you can trust with a secret.
Too funny! :)
Characters can be so frustrating! Loved it.
I like Ryan. I know some people like him.
A man of few words... it can be quite an appealing trait...
I'm strangely attracted to him. :)

Linda G - It's off. Carol took it with her.
Liza - Mmmm. Carol wanted to talk about that. I told her it wasn't a good idea.
Alex - Mama saw to that. And Grandma. She'd find a switch if I sassed her. You're right about Carol, too.
Delores - Yes, ma'am.
J.L. - How's that?
Hehe! Those strong, silent types. :)
haha! loved this post. can totally imagine you making poor Ryan squirm with your questions.

Clarissa - We're circumspect.
JoLynne - Thank you.
Michelle - Please tell Carol.
Teresa - How strangely?
Cherie - Some are dangerous.
Nutschell - Carol can be a devil.
Congratulations on the 100 likes!! That's awesome.
Love the interview, Ryan. :)
Hello, Ryan (or whoever you really are!) Are you at liberty to tell us if you'll ever get to star in your own book, because I want Carol to uncover all your dirty little secrets! I loved your mysterious roll in IN NAME ONLY!!
I reckon if Ryan was the star of his own book, it would be hard to find in the library! lol
Julie - Thanks. I'll pass on your congratulations to Carol.
Linda - My secrets could be dangerous for others.
CATachresis - I'll be sure and pass that on to Carol.
I love the strong silent type. They have the best hearts :)
J.A. - It's nice to be recognized.
100 likes Is quite an accomplishment! It sounds like Ryan may have had something to do with that! Julie
Nice article, thanks for the information.
Anna @ sewa mobil
But he's very polite about it :)
Julie - I'm just here answering questions and talking to you.
Shelley - Yes, ma'am.
He's a man of few words, but that's okay with me.
I'll check out the link.
Ryan you made me giggle!
Medeia - I have many secrets to keep.
Michelle - I think that's a first.
This made me smile.
Donna - You're being kind.
He is kind of a frustrating guy. A total closed book. Of course, men with intrigue always catches a girl's attention.
Why do we always fall for these guys? Frustrating and sexy. There should be a warning label!
Great post.
Heather
Ciara - You think I'm frustrating?
Heather - The only warning label I have is my U.S. Marshal badge.
Ryan is so polite!
Luckily he didn't whip out the cuffs!
Writer on Fire
Theresa - Ryan is back in storyland. It's a good thing he's polite - he about drove me nuts.
Jay - LOL! Too funny.
