Here in CT, it'll be the month that breaks all snowfall records. We're at that snow point!

I'm hungry now!

On a personal note. Today is my 29th wedding anniversary and on the 10th my grandson turns 4. We ordered him a dinosaur cake.

I've never heard of national Tortilla Chip day, but I'm all up for that. What I'd really like to do in February is go to where ever those beach chairs are on your blog banner!

There's a National Tortilla Chip Day? That rocks. Also, my wedding anniversary is this month...but not this year. That's right - Feb. 29th is my anniversary. Sometimes, you just have to go for it.

Excellent #1. I had no idea. Time to celebrate by consuming them.

What a great month! It's also a month I get to make chocolate hearts. =D

Carol Kilgore said...

Alex - Yeah! A lot of people will be eating them for sure.

Linda - Yummy! Luvvvv guacamole :)

Maryann - Don't forget to put guacamole on the nachos :)

LR - I think I could live on chips and any kind of dip.

Hooray for National Tortilla day!! I'm guessing that means you need a few margaritas to wash them down with right? mmm

Ooh and its my birthday month too! Fab February, how I love thee. ;)

KarenG said...

Well this is good to know because this is my least least favorite month. Too cold and dark, but the best thing about Feb is that March comes next.

National Tortilla Chip Day - must be a Texas-thing. If so, just another reason to love Texas. Have a great weekend.
